The Hill is located in Hills of Sardinal, district 2º the Virgin, of the Sarapiquí corner of the province of Heredia . The property measures a total of 114 hectares .
The precipitation annual average is of 3,746.40 mm and the temperature average is of 24.4º centigrade.

Ranch & Finca" Iguazú, the Lagoons and the Hills":
ecoBosques has 3 plantations in the Argentine Republic,"Iguazú", "Las Lagunas" and land Property "Las Lomas", with a total of 320hec, measuring each one around 100 hec. approximately, and to a distance of 3- 4 km from each other.
They are located to the North of the Country, in the limit with the Amazon region, 3 hours drive in car of the famous Iguazú falls, dedicated to the plantation of Chinaberry (Melia gigantea azedarach), and Australian Oak (Grevillea robusta).
The Iguazú property, the Hills and the Lagoons are based on the Guaraní Water-bearing System, the second larger water reserve of the planet, which guarantees hydro resources sufficient to carry out the excellent forest development of our plantations.
